He Hanqiu, the leader of the Machine Owners Gang in Hunan Province

He Hanqiu’s hometown, Xiangtan, is a place of outstanding people and beautiful scenery. Mao Zedong, a leader of a generation, Peng Dehuai, a founding hero, Qi Baishi, a cultural celebrity, and Zeng Guofan, a senior official in the late Qing Dynasty, were all born here. Influenced by the Hunan culture, He Hanqiu has had the courage to fight and take risks since he was a child. It is also because of this character that He Hanqiu’s story of starting a career as a teenager is particularly exciting.
In 1994, He Hanqiu first entered society. In the boy’s cognition at the time, the rumbling tractor in the village was the most profitable machine, so he scraped together and bought a tractor to start working alone. What many people don’t know is that my country only officially recognized the legitimacy of the private economy in the Constitution in 1988. At that time, individual private ownership meant that it could bring extremely high profits or great risks. He Hanqiu, who was not very old at that time, was able to think of privately owning a tractor and put it into action. Whether he succeeded or not, his mind, courage, boldness and action are worthy of praise. Fortunately, He Hanqiu was smart, down-to-earth and hard-working, and with some luck, he earned his first pot of gold in his life with a tractor when he first entered society. After that, he kept trying new equipment, from agricultural four-wheelers to Dongfeng trucks to environmentally friendly vehicles. In short, he did whatever made money.
Since 1998, my country’s economic construction has developed rapidly, with GDP growth of more than 7.5% per year, and highway bridges and factory buildings are in full swing, which has driven the development of the construction machinery market. The sales volume of construction machinery has increased by more than 30% per year since 2001. He Hanqiu saw business opportunities, so in 2003, he started to run an excavator business. During the period of excavation, he still did not change his “tough” nature, doing second-hand car dealers, running repair shops, and doing excavator-related businesses.
The relationship between fish and water, mutual achievement
If you are rich, you should help the world, and if you are poor, you should take care of yourself. When he reached middle age, He Hanqiu had a certain amount of savings and made many friends. He had a vague idea of doing something in his heart.
In 2016, by chance, He Hanqiu learned about the Huicong Engineering Machinery Network platform in Shaoyang, and met many industry elites and bosses through Huicong. It was in the process of communicating with colleagues in the industry that he came up with the idea of establishing a local engineering machinery association in Xiangtan, and everyone cooperated with each other to develop together. He Hanqiu started talking with his friends around him, and many of them had similar ideas. Everyone hit it off and things went very smoothly. So in 2018, He Hanqiu joined a group of influential local engineering machinery companies to gather all the bosses of equipment and founded the Xiangtan Engineering Machinery Association. In addition to paying attention to the development of his own career, He Hanqiu also joined the earliest volunteer association in Xiangtan, and would do some charity work to help others in his spare time.
